The story takes place on a continent where the female population has drastically decreased due to the incurable disease "rotten death." Nara, a young girl living in the southern country of "Rus," loses her mother to the northern country of "Nasra," losing her family at a young age. Her despair is supported by her childhood friend, the next king, Oli, whom she regards as a "brother." Several years after that nightmarish night, Nara is adopted into the royal family and begins to feel at peace with her days as Oli's fiance. However, the nightmare strikes again—the Nasra army, intent on stealing women, and the time for a decision approaches. Will she seize a future of subjugation, or...?
