First of all, size selection is of vital importance. Our shoes are all of standard size, but the styles are slightly different (sports shoes, boots, sandals). Refer to the size chart on each product page, which includes foot length, ball circumference and instep height. At the end of the day, measure your feet (they may be slightly swollen after daily activities) and put on socks that match your shoes.
To fit the foot shape, people with wide feet should add half a size or choose a "wide" style. If you have high arches or flat feet, please refer to the product description for detailed information on arch support — our boots and sneakers usually have enhanced cushioning to ensure comfort throughout the day.
