The I Discover Emotions box contains 10 activities around emotions. Adapted from the hit album "The Color of Emotions" by Anna Llenas, I Discover Emotions is a game that teaches your child to manage their emotions through ten progressive activities.. Several activities to discover, name, sort and welcome your emotions : the monster mirror, the magnetic board of emotions, the discovery cards, the bottles of emotions, the return to serenity. The box contains cards to learn to observe yourself and mime emotions using the monster's mirror, bottles to fill with pompoms which invite you to associate a color with each emotion. The wheel of emotions then helps to express one's emotions and monster yoga which presents eleven relaxation postures as well as their benefits. This educational game also contains a teaching guide.
