Usage
Preparation: Select fresh coffee beans and clean the grinder thoroughly to ensure there are no residual coffee grounds or other impurities inside.
Adjust Grinding Degree: Adjust the grinding degree knob of the grinder according to the desired coffee brewing method, and adjust the grinding thickness to the appropriate level. Generally speaking, hand brewed coffee is suitable for medium fineness grinding, while a press pot is suitable for coarser grinding.
Start grinding: Hold the handle of the grinder and rotate it at a constant speed to grind the coffee beans into powder inside the grinder. During the grinding process, the speed and force of rotation can be adjusted as needed to achieve better grinding results.
Collect coffee powder: After grinding, pour the ground coffee powder into a coffee brewing device, such as a press pot, a hand drawn pot, etc., and prepare for brewing.
Maintenance
Cleaning: Clean the coffee powder residue inside the grinder in a timely manner after use. The bean compartment and grinding components can be disassembled and wiped with a dedicated cleaning brush or wet cloth to avoid coffee powder residue causing odor or affecting the next grinding effect.
Dry storage: After cleaning, store the grinder in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture, rust or mold, which may affect its life.
Regular lubrication: A small amount of food grade lubricating oil can be applied to the bearings and rotating parts of the grinder at regular intervals to maintain smooth rotation and reduce wear.
