Trying to arrange a return is impossible. Sent an email to the support email provided and got a message back saying that the address doesn't accept emails. The whole company feels like a scam. I've spent all morning trying to find a contact or and any information on returns and it's useless. They direct you to titles that aren't there, truly awful , avoid at all cost.
