Salt MSG Seasoning Jar Seasoning Box Ceramic High-end Kitchen Supplies Household Chili Oil Jar Combination Set

The product is very beautiful but one of the spice jars arrived broken. I informed customer service, proving with a photo that one of the four spice jars arrived in several pieces.. As a response, they are asking for a photo of the paper box, even though it was also on the photo. It is unacceptable that fragile goods are in a plain paper box with no padding. There is no replacement for the complaint! The least they could do would be to replace the broken part. No matter how beautiful anything is here, if this is how they value the customer. It's not worth buying anything here like this.
