Challengers!: Beach Cup" is a standalone expansion that can be played on its own.
The basic rules are the same as "Challengers!", but it adds some new features.
In "Challengers!: Beach Cup," players compete in a Flag Battle tournament, just like in "Challengers!".
The tournament begins with seven preliminary rounds, followed by a final between the top two players with the most fans to determine the winner.
In "Challengers!", many cards had a variety of abilities and categories, but Beach Cup adds a variety of new abilities to these.
In addition, a new type of card called a Trainer Card has been introduced.
These cards grant players unique special abilities and will serve as a valuable guide when building your deck.
Another added feature is the ability to hold extra-large tournaments.
This allows you to hold two tournaments, Challengers! and Challengers!: Beach Cup,
or combine two Beach Cups to hold two tournaments, with up to 16 players.
While actual battles involve simply flipping cards, strengthening your deck while considering their abilities creates a variety of fun combos.
The thrill of flipping cards from your deck is addictive, and with the addition of "Challengers!", this card game can be played by up to 16 players.
