The factory fender eliminator kit is designed to create a clean, streamlined rear end by removing the long factory fenders (mud flaps).
Additionally, to reduce air resistance during rear maintenance and racing, manufacturers' license plate holders are designed with the ability to adjust their angle.
However, the Road Traffic Act requires the installation of reflectors and requires license plates to be mounted at an angle of approximately 45 degrees or less (an angle at which the license plate can be seen from behind).
While manufacturers' license plate holders are adjustable, using them at angles exceeding the safety standards (i.e., angles that prevent accurate visual confirmation) is prohibited by law on public roads and other roads where the Road Traffic Act must be observed. Please refrain from doing so.
