Solution to whistling/noise:
1. It is easier to howl when the amplified sound is loud, so turn off the hearing aid before trying it on, put the hearing aid in your ear after reducing the volume, start the hearing aid, and then adjust the volume
2. When the ear canal is completely closed, there will be no howling. Before wearing, test the size of the earplug to ensure that the earplug and the ear canal are fully fitted without gaps.
