This made it difficult to identify what parts were included. There were no clear instructions on how to assemble the product. The only instructions provided appear to be in Chinese, and when I tried translating them using Google Translate, the result was confusing and not helpful. There are no step-by-step guidelines, which makes assembly frustrating and unclear. The QR code provided in the instructions also does not work, so there is no way to access any additional guidance. Overall, the product does not match the expectations set by its description, particularly regarding “easy installation.” Without proper instructions or working support materials, it is far from simple to set up.

Perfect 😍 my child likes to ride with me more than on his bike😁 The only downside is: you pedal a bit bow-legged 😆 but it's a small downside compared to how much fun we had together

Very satisfied. Nice and soft seat, fits perfectly on my old fold ebike. Some damage (probably during transport) to the rubber protection soft part, but it's nothing that bothers me. The assembly is only with pictures but wasn't too difficult to understand and assemble, the QR code didn't work, at least there is no access from Sweden.

The set of bolts and nuts arrived incomplete. Everything is scratched.
