Insert a screwdriver between the shoe body and sole, move it up and down to create a small gap between the felt sole and the sole, then peel off the old felt sole. Press the new felt sole onto the sole to firmly attach it. The entire sole is secured with an extensive, high-density Velcro fastener, which will not come off with normal use.
