Capacity sufficient: This distiller can ferment up to 30 liters (8 gallons) of raw materials. The size of the boiler barrel is 35×35 cm (13.8 inches×13.8 inches), the condenser is 20×11 cm (7.9 inches×4.3 inches), and the wine collection bottle is 18×10 cm (7 inches×4 inches). It can ferment up to 30 liters of raw materials and is very suitable for family gatherings. All components are made of food-grade materials, including silicone, stainless steel and copper.
Quick cooling: This distillation kit features an open cooling design. The copper spiral tubes have excellent thermal conductivity and a large contact area with the cooling liquid, which can lower the distillation temperature. The included circulating water pump can reduce the consumption of cooling water. The rubber pad below the condenser can insulate and accelerate the cooling process.
Operation is simple: The cover of the kit is equipped with a real-time thermometer, supporting both Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature scales display, which makes it convenient to monitor the wine temperature during the distillation process. The column design helps to discharge high-temperature water vapor, promoting the evaporation of alcohol during the second distillation. Durable and with excellent sealing performance: Different from ordinary pipes, we use food-grade silicone material, which is flexible and durable, not prone to bending, ensuring a good sealing effect. The inside of the cover is equipped with four silicone clips and a sealing ring, which can effectively achieve a tight seal. In addition, a one-way drainage valve is included in the packaging, which is convenient for use during the fermentation process.
