It is important to carefully consider your current skill level, the mouthpiece you are using, and choose the reed that produces the best sound. Yamaha Synthetic Reeds are compatible with Yamaha's standard mouthpiece series "4C" as well as various other mouthpieces.
- Yamaha Synthetic (Resin) Reeds are characterized by ease of blowing, ease of producing sound, and a look and feel similar to cane reeds with minimal resistance, even for beginners.
- Performance focused on basic features that beginners should especially use.
- High durability that can withstand approximately 320 hours of playing (assuming 20 days of practice per month, 2 hours per day, over 8 months).
- Contains no harmful substances, and can be cleaned and disinfected with Yamaha Mouthpiece Cleaner MPC3, ensuring safe and hygienic use at all times.
- Ready to use straight from the package; the plastic packaging and paper case that wrap the reed can also be used as a reed case. The paper case is waterproofed and resistant to tearing even if the reed is slightly wet.
