W1 Steel Clamp Band 16-25Mm (Snail)

Headband clamping steel W1 16-25MM (snail-shaped) Clamps

GBS clamp with hinged closure are particularly useful for mounting

of flexible hoses, made of hard rubber, reinforced with plastic or steel, working in vacuum or pressure installations. GBS clamps are made from tape, which is joined not by welding, but by riveting

i.e: with the help of specially shaped whiskers inserted into the holes, and then

mechanically crimped. In GBS clamps, the ends of the tape are folded inwards, through which during the tightening of the clamp on the mounted cable additionally the clamping force is reinforced. The clamp tape has upwardly bent edges, which prevents damage to the surface of the mounted cable during tensioning and further work volumes.
