The front side features two cranes on a gold leaf background, and the back side is decorated with a maple leaf design. Each fan is hand-painted by a Yuzen dyeing artist. Because the gold leaf is applied by hand, there may occasionally be slight streaks in the gold leaf. It comes as a set with a fan stand and is packaged in a special gift box.
