made in Japan Base coat: gold leaf Materials: Bamboo x Paper (Washi paper) This is a Japanese-made double-sided decorative fan. The front features a design of Yamabuki-hime (a princess) on a gold leaf background, while the back depicts cherry blossoms. Each fan is hand-painted by a Yuzen dyeing artist. Because the gold leaf is applied by hand, there may occasionally be slight gold streaks. It comes as a set with a fan stand and is packaged in a special presentation box.
