The product is perfect and the pieces fit together as well as those from the well-known most famous Danish brand of blocks, which usually doesn't happen if you buy from other places. However, the shipping, initially estimated at 2 to 4 days, has been delayed by almost 3 weeks. Since September 14th, it said 'awaiting receipt by the agency' with no further updates. Yesterday (September 28th), they rang the bell for delivery. Joom's help with AI was very poor and I couldn't get in touch with the seller (or at least they didn't reply to the email the AI gave me).
