This element is part of our OnGuard Neon series U-lock mounting system kit (8154, 8153). Complete kits for specific scooter models, as well as kits with U-locks, are available in our other offers. The kit DOES NOT INCLUDE the NEON ONGUARD U-LOCK lock itself. This offer only includes 1x TOP BRACKET for mounting the Neon OnGuard U-Lock. Our other offer includes this kit together with the Neon OnGuard U-Lock lock. The kit in this offer DOES NOT INCLUDE the U-LOCK ONGUARD lock and cable itself. The full kit (available in a separate offer). The mount consists of the top and bottom bracket. The main upper bracket holds the U-LOCK and an additional lower bracket supports it. Each bracket consists of three parts: two that enclose the handlebars and one that accommodates the U-LOCK. The components that directly contact the handlebars (clamps) are lined with black rubber on the inside.
