Precautions for Use: As most of the production process is handmade, the frame, including the nose pads and temples, may not be perfectly symmetrical. Additionally, minor scratches may occur during the production and packaging process. Round-trip shipping fees will be charged for exchanges or returns based on these product conditions. The case and cleaning cloth provided with the purchase are complimentary gifts and are not covered by warranty. However, if the shipped product is defective, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase for a free exchange. A separate fitting may be required depending on your face shape. You can receive a free fitting service by visiting the Springstrings showroom. Although the degree may vary depending on the usage environment, all Springstrings products may deform, discolor, corrode, or become stained with use. They are particularly vulnerable to high and low temperatures, high humidity, cosmetics such as perfumes, hairspray, body mists, and lotions, chemicals such as detergents, and salt from sweat and seawater. Product deformation caused by exposure to vulnerable environments is a normal phenomenon, and free warranty service may be limited. Allergic reactions may occur depending on skin type and product materials. Therefore, please exercise caution when purchasing if you have sensitive skin.
