Faux Leather Manual Recliner and Footstool Set - Cream White

Rating: 1 / 5 stars Ordered a €308 recliner chair that arrived damaged, non-functioning, and missing parts. I filed a claim immediately on 29 September 2026.  Instead of arranging collection as required under EU consumer law (Article 7:21 BW), the company offered an insulting 7% partial refund and has delayed the process for nearly two weeks. They repeatedly missed their own deadlines (the latest on 11 October). The chair is fully disassembled, packaged, and awaiting pickup, yet customer support remains entirely non-responsive regarding freight collection.  Thankfully, the payment is paused via Klarna. Completely unprofessional handling of non-conforming goods. Pls collect your chair it’s in my hallway where there are no items let alone big allowed to stored.

The cabinet is damaged; the edges are chipped, and the plywood is delaminating in places. It will require extra work on my part to glue it, sand it down, and fill in the missing material. I’m not yet sure how I’ll match the color, as some of the affected areas are visible from the front.

Looks as promised except for the pattern on the top wooden part being weird and looking like scratches (light streaks in the pattern). Easy to assemble, I just skipped the toilet paper roll thing since I didn’t need it so there are holes on the top that wouldn’t show if I had done as intented. Also, really fast delivery!

I love this bar stool.I own one already.l ordered and paid for a second one to match the one I had.But they sent is not the righht colour. What now? Have I to pay returns cost even though it was your mistake. Pretty good company to deal with very satisfied

Just received this item today. Lovely to look at but as shown in video lid pops off when lid pressed to open unfortunately. Not expected at the price. Wouldn't recommend I'm afraid for that reason

Horrible quality. Will be returning. I tried putting it together even though the quality is horrible to see if I would like it and hated still. Please check images, very bad

Strong packaging. Good quality product! Very pleased with the purchase. I definitely recommend!!!

Sturdy and well-made item. It looks polished and exactly as the image depicted.
