Adhesive, tools, and paint are sold separately. ・1/48 scale unpainted plastic assembly kit. ・Faithfully reproduces the beautiful aircraft shape of the actual aircraft, including the elliptical wing shape and streamlined fuselage, based on extensive coverage of the real machine. ・The fuselage is largely divided and dedicated parts for opening and closing are provided, realizing an ideal assembly with the canopy open or closed. ・Markings include three types of slides depicting aircraft that participated in the Battle of Britain, the Dynamo (Dunkirk evacuation support) operation, and early markings before the start of World War II – essential when talking about the Spitfire. ・Seatbelts, radiators, oil coolers, and gun sights are reproduced with etched parts. ・The emergency escape panel (knockout panel) on the left side of the slide canopy is reproduced with a pre-cut, adhesive seal. ・Includes color painting guide and documentation explaining the actual aircraft.
