KitchenAid Pasta Kit
• The mixer kneads the dough with a dough hook, then drives the sheeter and cutters through the attachment socket, so the entire process is handled by a single device.
• The sheeter rolls out dough in eight thicknesses and cuts it into spaghetti or fettuccine without changing the attachment in the socket—only the setting changes.
• The metal construction of the dough roller and removable top cover make it easy to remove flour and dried dough, ensuring precise rolling.
• The rotating arms of the dryer keep fresh ribbons organized and allow you to dry a batch in advance.
• The foldable design of the dryer allows you to store it in a cupboard between cooking sessions, saving countertop space.
• The spacious bowl and mixer's power also allow you to knead bread or pizza dough, as well as perform typical pastry tasks.
• Fresh pasta ribbons: tagliatelle, fettuccine, spaghetti
• Lasagna and dumpling dough sheets
• Yeast dough for bread and pizza
• Confectionery and bakery work in the mixer bowl
• The attachment mounts in the common attachment slot of Artisan mixers, including the 5KSM175 model from the set, without additional adapters.

Who is it for?
For those looking to transition from store-bought pasta to making their own ribbons, as well as beginners who prefer consistent thickness and width settings rather than by feel. It also works well as a single, cohesive solution instead of purchasing a mixer and separate pasta equipment.
A kit covering the entire process of making fresh pasta at home: kneading dough, rolling to an even thickness, cutting into ribbons, and drying the finished portions. The tilt-head planetary mixer drives the attachment through a common socket, so subsequent steps do not require separate appliances.
