I received the 2-step product today! I am very disappointed because the seller writes the height as 30cm, and it is at best a maximum of 26cm. For a small animal, this size difference matters a lot. I bought it for 12,790.- Ft, which is very expensive for this product, especially since it is not the size advertised. On other sites, you can buy something similar for a maximum of 5 thousand Ft.. What's even more infuriating is that the seller writes that if there's a problem within 14 days, the buyer can return it at their own shipping cost... This is the case in every country, that if it happens due to the seller's inaccuracy, the buyer can return the incorrectly sized items free of charge and the buyer gets the product price back! I like the soda, it's like it is in the picture. And it works perfectly. But he is not for our sockets. It would be good to be careful when assembling it, especially when you fix the tube to the siphon from the first attempt it seems that the tube will not fit, but with rotating maneuvers it will be successfully fixed. I tried it the first time, the bag is fixed well. When you start it to work, it must be a little below the water where the recommended water level is signed, otherwise it will not draw anything. After touching the water, it can be lifted up without care and continue cleaning, the water is only necessary to start the process. It also has a place for batteries.

I am very pleasantly surprised I took 2 and the quality is super very resistant very large good against the rain the wind very easy to assemble and disassemble I admit the plastic door which is very thick I had to remove it for the moment my cats are scared no but great there is even a fleece very good to put in it

The quality of the material is very good, but the wall that the white part is attached to is inclined and narrows the space. It's not very comfortable for the cat, but we will use it without the white part. That way there is enough space. It would be useful if the walls of the white part were straight, not inclined inward. Otherwise, really good quality.. they also included a spatula.
