No information about the exchange received so far despite reporting. In the meantime, a pleasing and uncomplicated solution was found. No exchange, but a refund in the form of bonus points or a credit note. I am more than satisfied with that. I can only recommend joom

I love it. I even expected something less. Please, if you can, tell the manufacturer to extend the sleeve length by 0.5cm - 1 cm. I am very satisfied with it.

It comes without a collar and that didn't look good in the photo, besides the texture is not pleasant to the touch
