Toy Gun Laser Manual Pistol Blaster Foam Ball Airsoft Launcher CS Shooting Games Weapons for Kids Boys Gift

The child is happy. Works on batteries, it's more fun with them, but it also ejects cartridges without them.

How do I charge it? No instructions, no description, just a piece of metal.
