Transparent A3/A4 Portfolio Storage Book - 20/30/60 Pages, Thickened Design for Papers and Pictures

A4 accordion folder with 12 compartments. I used to buy folders like this lengthwise for documents. Now I bought it widthwise. Very convenient storage. You can store receipts, documents, drawings. This one arrived a bit creased. It needs to be placed under a load to straighten out.

I ordered folders with 12 sections, as described at the time of purchase. And I received folders with 8 compartments. This is not permissible.

The folder is soft, nothing was put in between, the creases are unsightly, nothing can fix them, I request a refund

Some kind of defective product. Rude attitude towards the customer
