The seller packed for a long time, but still sent the goods. And upon receiving them, I was disappointed. Because they sent the wrong model. I have bunions and need a wide toe box, but here it's narrow and a very long toe. I saw them and could have ordered them myself if they fit, but instead, I wasted money. I am contacting customer service for a refund.. Why do such things, the seller is a liar, shame. Is there a difference between the goods?????

Cool mules, I was worried they wouldn't fit because of my high instep, but my foot went in like butter, my size is 38-38.5, I ordered 41 to be looser, and they are perfect, the sole is 27 cm, the inside is 25 cm.
