I received the order. The clip coincides with the model and color ordered and arrived intact in Chisinau without defects. I recommend the buyer and the store. Thank you very much Joom ❤️🫶🔟💯.

I received this product today, I just tried to clip my hair and it got damaged. I'm sorry that you sell such poor quality products!

My order arrived destroyed, it would be good to pack the product better, so I'm disappointed, money wasted. I do not recommend!!!!!!

Maybe better packaging is needed for this product.

The pliers are pretty good. It holds the hair well and looks durable.

Smaller than I expected, I didn't pay attention to the description.
