Remek kiszálítás, pontos értesítések az áru hollétéről, köszönöm !

Hello, sorry to write to you, but the part received does not correspond to an original Renault part which is really more flexible to be able to adapt to the vehicle, which is not the case of the part you sent me. The molded plastic is much too hard, and suddenly it does not have the original malleable shape to integrate correctly. moreover unfortunately the clip of the upper part of this part is broken, I did not find the small missing part in the package ... mystery. Hoping that we will find a solution to this problem, I won't hide from you that I would prefer an immediate refund to my account.. with my best wishes. R.Mottier

Good dimensions a very slight play on the part that has no screws but that can go. On the other hand I find that the tracking of the items leaves a little to be desired I received my order this morning and fortunately I was there no announcement before of the delivery day otherwise despite everything quite satisfied and since this day very disappointed because it starts to deteriorate whether it is the left and right will not last long and given the price I claim a refund at least partial will not finish the summer attached photos

The item arrived as in the photo, arrived quickly, good quality and good price, Heartfelt thanks, Mega seller 🤝👍🏻🤝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I sent a message with a photo to say that this product does not hold, the fasteners (clips) are not suitable and do not fix the covers at all. I reported this problem but I am receiving no instructions for my refund.. what should I do?

I bought them for a 2010 Hyundai i20. I think they are better than the originals, these are somewhat soft and the originals are hard plastic. 100% recommended. They should improve the tracking process but the product is a 10
