I bought an ice machine to prepare the desserts for the restaurant. I was waiting a long time because I expected to receive a professional product. However, the product delivered looks like a toy: it is very small and the body is made of plastic, as if it were a children's toy. I would like to know if it is possible to return this product and receive a refund. Would it be possible?

It arrived earlier than expected, the article is quite good but strange, referring to the fact that I have never had this type of product called anahole. It's worth it ? And They are the sensation when trying it that gives you pucha fatigue since that is what the product consists of, hence the name (super) The truth is I liked it, I would go more for a product of this type anahole for 350€.

Hozan P-707 is a very well-made tool, probably the best existing universal two-step crimper (as for June 2025), allowing to decently crimp literally every small terminal you can find. Note that there is no ratcheting mechanism, so you will probably need to train a bit with this tool until you get the hang of it.

Fujiya always makes great pliers and cutters, and this model is not an exception. I need to cut plastic quite often, and this peculiar cutter is a literal game changer - its cuts are very clean and, more importantly, predictable. Highly recommend!

A nice handy little spirit level. Not too precise, if you put it on the narrow end, though. But if used as shown on the attached photo, it works great.

An eternity to arrive and veeery expensive. Only later I saw that TEMU has the same product 3 times cheaper and the delivery takes about 2 weeks.

The toy is exactly as pictured and I am very happy that it arrived quickly :)
