*1 Round Die
Uses and Features:
--- Our solid round die is designed for general-purpose threading and is ideal for maintenance and repair work.
--- Round dies are especially useful for rethreading existing threads in hard materials like metals and creating new threads in softer materials like plastics.
--- The die size is conveniently engraved on the surface, making it easy to identify the die you need. This feature saves time, makes it easy to find the size you need, and ensures you have the right tool for efficient and accurate threading work.
★ Metric Round Die --- Thread Size: M14 x 1.25; Outer Diameter (OD): 37mm / 1.46"; Thickness: 10mm / 0.39"; Material: Alloy Steel.
★ Wide Range of Applications --- Our round dies are designed to easily process, repair, or clean external threads. They are compatible with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, cast iron, copper, iron, aluminum, and plastic. Whether you need to repair pipes, boards, or machinery, our round dies are a reliable choice.
★ Ease of Use --- Using the dies is easy. Simply align the clamping screw and alignment groove in the center of the die wrench and tighten. Featuring a conical locking hole design, our round dies will not loosen during use, ensuring a strong and secure lock.
★ High-Speed Steel (HSS) --- Made from high-hardness, wear-resistant high-speed steel (HSS), they are suitable for rethreading existing threads in hard materials like metals and creating new threads in softer materials like plastics.
★ Handy Tip --- Applying grease to the cutting edge of the round die before use will help clear the threads and make repairs easier. To prevent the tip from clogging the tip hole, reversing the die every 1/4 to 1/2 turn will facilitate tip ejection. To ensure optimal performance and avoid damaging the die teeth, we recommend using a bar diameter slightly smaller (approximately 0.05mm-0.15mm) than the nominal diameter of the required thread.
