Hello, I have just received my order (n°26PJM85M of 22-12-2025). The model of the cup conforms but the print patterns and colors are completely different from my order. I ordered 2 mugs with design patterns in yellow and black and I received 2 mugs with very classic patterns of small pink, blue and green flowers (see attached photos). I am not satisfied and very disappointed because this does not correspond at all to what I wanted. I tried to contact your customer service but without success, you redirect me to my order every time and I go around in circles. I come to the conclusion that everything is done to discourage any complaint by making it impossible.. Furthermore, if I return my delivery, the shipping costs are at my expense, even though the fault lies with you.. What solution do you propose to me ? You have my email address but I have a lot of doubts about receiving a reply. Good for you, Bob Defrance
It is not totally what shown in the picture. The flower is not engraved but only printed. Inside the cover there is no place for a photo as shown. On the small flap with the magnet there isn't the small picture of a sunflower, just continuation of the big flower. Also the material seems to be of much lower quality, so I hope it will last for a bit.
The black blackout shown in the order image is missing. Thus, the purpose is not fulfilled. I now have to take care of an additional blackout background myself. This costs extra. I don't have time to send it back as it's a birthday present for my grandchild.. I am very dissatisfied
Beware, it's NOT a Stanley. And not even the quality of a Stanley. Don't let the picture in the seller's item listing of the Stanley cup fool you. Delivery time as promised, though. The package came tumbled, both the outer and inner box.
The fabric is too stiff. Doesn't lie flat/sticks out. I want to return it but I don't get any instructions from Joom. It is a very, very bad experience and I will never order from Joom again!
