wrong item delivered Hi — I ordered a replacement watch band for a Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 (40 mm) that requires a 20 mm band with pins, but what I received is for a 42 mm watch with the wrong connection type. It won’t fit my watch. Please let me know where I can get the correct 20 mm band with the pin connection that I originally ordered, and how to return the incorrect band that I received. Thanks! The original strap of my Le Coq Sportif watch was stiffer and the buckle was made of metal. This one is made of soft plastic and the buckle is also made of plastic. I had to order a new one because the color had faded over time. It's a shame this one isn't identical
Miss informing and promoting false photos is a fraud. Wrong shape, different colors and bad quality for the material. This is not what I ordered. I request my money back and thinking about closing the account and never buy anything from Joom.
It has the right size, the exact same as the original, only the fasteners are made of plastic, I hope it will last. So, it was not to be. It broke very quickly, I lost the watch in bed, good thing it fell at home but not on the road.
