Product arrived timely and unharmed! It has a good combination between solid, sturdy, but still flexible. There are no rough corners nor edges, it holds the hair decently in place, without too much tugging Some patience with the clapping sound when it doesn't exactly go in the gap perfectly, which won't hinder the use in any way, since it will slide in regardless (and a bigger gap would make it harder to keep the hair straight for trimming/cutting) Very happy with the purchase!
First time use, left it few minutes then washed since instructions lacks the most important info which is how long to leave it on, as a first test drive of using the shampoo, it shows some promise but maybe I needed to leave it longer on, hair is a bit stiff and looking dry afterwards although I washed, conditioned and air dried on cold then had use oil for shine and softness
The foam is quite strong and aggressive, it cleans the whole mouth area. And you have to spit quite a bit. But afterwards pleasant and the teeth are also whiter. That was the first use, we'll see if it's as strong afterwards

The bottle is too small, 2 washes, I do not recommend this shampoo to people with long hair. The shampoo is very viscous, not too foamy, the hair is bad, the smell of plants is pungent, but it evaporates when rinsed
The sizing is a bit off. Usually xl fits me, but here 3xl is tight. But thanks to this, I have the motivation to lose some weight. Besides, it works flawlessly. It heats well
