I ordered the radiator grille star for a Mercedes-Benz C250 (model year 2015) from you, and the corresponding amount was charged to me for it.. Instead, you only sent me two adhesive stickers of the BMW brand. This is not acceptable and in no way corresponds to my order.. I hereby demand that you immediately send me the item I ordered or fully refund the amount paid. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will hand the matter over to my lawyer without further notice and initiate legal proceedings.

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered 80mm and received 60mm stickers. Even after two weeks, I still haven't received any feedback on when the correct size will be delivered. My complaint is just stuck, and I can't contact support in any other way. Very bad...

Item did not arrive, seller is not responding and customer service is a total disaster, they don't care about customers at all. . They claim that the freight forwarder delivered it and my signature is not there.. Don't buy here, they are a rip-off

The emblem received did not have the carbon fiber aesthetic as shown in the pictures. Instead, it is simply colored and has scratches. Furthermore, I only received the emblem for the hood; the emblem for the trunk is missing.

The carbon fibre look does not match up to the advertised picture showing a strong fibre pattern. The items I received are a flat red and black colour with no real carbon fibre pattern to be seen in the product at all. Disappointed
