The quality of the garment is very bad. The size is still small even though I ordered one size up from what I usually wear, based on the website's recommendation.. I want to return the order and they are not providing me with the details for its return. There is no way to contact anyone and all the messages I receive from the chat are unhelpful responses.
Unfortunately, it runs large and the customer service doesn't respond, and I have to return it. I've been writing to you for days. Thank you for making me waste my money. Don't buy from them anymore, there's practically no support.
My 11.5-year-old daughter liked the jacket (size M for a girl 158cm tall and weighing 48 kg). Being in Switzerland, after about 10 days I received the customs clearance invoice for 35% of the item cost.
Very beautiful jacket, it’s so stylish and unique, original and very comfy, good fit and well warm material. I’ve been dreaming of this Adidas jacket 🥺✨🤩
Item is damaged. Seller has neither taken back the item nor refunded the item. No return shipping was offered.
I usually wear s m but for this item I ordered an L which was still too small
Zipper doesn't work the sleeves are too short.and I want to return it but how?
