Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to cancel or return my order because I ordered the wrong item and can no longer proceed with the order. With kind regards and wishing you a good 🌃 night. I cannot send you a video, I believe it is a product that does not move and I believe the photos should suffice. I cannot and will not send you another review. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I have cancelled my order or sent it back to the address of Cologne 50997 postcode Am Eifeltor501 for which I paid €7.69 and I received the product back. Package Tracking No. 00340434391791939779. Why do you send me a package with the wrong address of Cologne and not the normal address where I should send the package? I am very ANGRY WITH YOU BECAUSE I WASTE MY MONEY 💰 FOR THE WRONG ADDRESS AND I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU TO GIVE ME MY MONEY 💰 BACK. SEND ME A CORRECT ONE WHERE I CAN SEND IT BACK. WITH KIND REGARDS AND WISHING YOU A NICE DAY. I cannot proceed with your help, please write ✍️ me a correct address where I can send the product back.

The stool arrived broken, with a crack along the entire length of one of its sides longitudinally. The same day I received it, I took 3 photos and requested a refund of what it cost me. Weeks later they respond saying that my refund request has been rejected because (literally): "we did not receive the necessary information in time to process your refund request"... I am going to complain to the Consumer Authority of Spain and the European Union... And besides, the quality of the stool is very poor. Very light and soft wood, dry and the fixings with their staples for wood, very badly made. I attach photos showing the breaks in the stool as it arrived

I am a big fan of manual activities For those who know, I own a Cricut machine And I love creating personalized t-shirts I am a little disappointed with this transfer paper received since it arrived all crumpled Already the paper is quite small (A4), so it's a shame because the delivery has altered the quality I chose a black paper to flock white and yellow t-shirts

Viiiiiiil too expensive and then also bent. I chose the color orange to pink. Only pink came. cord terminations. Package with 20 pieces to add finishes and that the finish is very polished. Each termination is made up of two parts, one covers the cord and the other acts as a closure. The color is exact to the photo. Many colors are available but can be mixed. If you like to sew, you'll love it!
