First remove the screwdriver and then you have to put it well in front and upside down and if you put it too far back it can make the coccyx bone feel and then it hurts even when you sit down. Without that it is good I feel it works my pelvic muscles and the buttocks a little. Thanks Joom. But hey after 1 week or 3 days my coccyx bone hurt. I don't know if it's positive.
