I ordered the product on 24/3/2026 but didn't get it until the date it was written in the product order. On 27/4/2026 I received a mail from Joom "Shipping information for order CN100512431" containing the message : "New delivery date Your package CN100512431 is a little late and will arrive by 02.07.2026. Sorry for the inconvenience! Please accept a discount coupon as an apology. up to 10% off 🐣"   On that very day I asked for cancellation of the original order and later on I ordered & bought same product from another supplier and recieved it in few days. Several days later I received a message telling that the product from Joom has arrived and is waiting for me to pick it up. My request is to send it back to you and get the refund. Please approve my request and let me know how to send it back Thanks Meir Shahar

This product is junk !! It is impossible to focus properly!!! The range finder is not a proper Range Finder. You have to try and view objects, do a mathematical calculation to try and figure out the distance. Complete junk !! You would never be able to use for hunting or outdoors . The warranty is a joke return it to China at my cost and hopefully they will refund my money and maybe not!! More money spent after bad money spent! Or try and get a video on the focusing the binoculars through the eyepiece that doesn’t work properly!!! Stay clear of this product and save yourself some aggravation!!!! .

No measurements given and the pictures do not accurately match the product. There is only one opening for the bag, nowhere for laptop use as shown, and the bag is so small, not worth the money. Hoping for a refund so I can find the right one for me

Product left in the mailbox of one of my neighbors who fortunately gave it to me a little disappointed I was wrong about the size and the object but it is not your fault in short tell the delivery person to be careful next time times thank you
