the product is good but the shipping is catastrophic the cap arrived completely crushed by almost non-existent packaging when shipping this type of product it must be packed with a form support for the journey especially at this price others the bottom for much cheaper caps so zero points for the shipping 😡🤬

Terrible quality. Mega bad customer service. Nobody cares at all that you are not satisfied with the product. You are forwarded into nothingness by the AI. You get no help, let alone your money back. You are stuck with a piece of junk and still have to pay for it. Hands off this platform!

Supposedly it's a smart view case, and that's why I bought it, but upon receiving it and using it, I realized it doesn't have any smart functions as stated in its description when I bought it. I have to open it to lock the phone, answer it, and even to see the time. The window is just for decoration.

They are small, so you have to keep them close and they don't work for large rooms, but it's true that they refresh the atmosphere in small spaces like, for example, the car. Or if you work in front of a computer, it's also very efficient, for those cases I recommend it 100x100.

Got it out of the packaging and the saw letters had fallen off the bottle and gold plate was broken off from the bottle. Perfume itself smelt like alcohol and nothing like the real thing. Colour in bottle was also wrong (had some of my real one still to compare).

I ordered the cap shown in the first photo, but I received the cap shown in the second photo. The product is very poor quality and does not match the description or advertised photos. The shape, material, embroidery and overall finish are completely different.
