Have you ever encountered these problems?

Decreased fuel efficiency?

Faster idling?

Water leak?

Difficulty finding the leak?

Adopting the latest 5th generation technology, the ANCEL S300 smoke leak detector supports multi-system testing, including EVAP systems.

EVAP system test Intake system test Exhaust system test Crankcase system test Vehicle sealing test Fuel tank system test Turbo system test Various pipe fitting tests

Upgraded S300 Automotive Smoke Machine Compatible with all pipes and hoses Wide range of applications Freely select whether to detect leaks using air or smoke

How to use the ANCEL S300 smoke leak detector Step 1: Inject 10-20ml of test oil (baby oil) into the detector. Step 2: Disconnect the pipe connected to the detector. Step 3: Connect the detector to a DC12V battery and the device will start operating. Step 4: Once the pipe is filled with smoke, check for the leak.

Leak Detection Method: Through a Pressure Gauge?

No Leak: If the pressure gauge reading remains unchanged and the flow meter scale shows zero (ball at the bottom of the scale), it means there is no leak in the system.

Small Leak: If the pressure gauge reading decreases and the flow meter ball slowly drops to the bottom of the scale, it indicates a small leak in the system.

Major Leak: If the pressure gauge reading reaches zero and the flow meter ball does not drop to the bottom of the scale, it indicates a large leak in the system.

Two Modes: Air Mode + Smoke Mode

Air Mode: First, the air mode directly measures the leak, and the presence or absence of a leak is determined by the pressure gauge reading. If it is less than 0.5 bar, a leak is unavoidable. If it is 0.8 bar or higher, the piping is very airtight. There is no need to waste baby oil.

Smoke Mode: If a leak is detected in air mode, the smoke mode is used to pinpoint the leak location.

Adjustable smoke output allows for quick identification of the leak location.

Overheating and Freezing Protection Overheating Protection If the device temperature exceeds 75°C, the power protection function activates and automatically shuts off the power.

Freezing Protection The device operates normally even at -20°C.

Easily detect air leaks in the vehicle cabin.

Specifications Power Supply: 12V fully charged vehicle battery Current: 6A Flow Rate: Less than 6 L/min Pressure Output: 0.8–1.0 bar (0.8–14.5 psi) With an adapter, all types of leaks can be diagnosed. The product does not contain oil.
