Already this is not my first order from you, the delivery man made a mistake in his address, the chef on the other hand, not pleasant at all allows himself to tell me that it is my fault if the delivery man made a mistake in his address when my address is registered so I don't see cmt I could have made a mistake. As for the pants I took a size above as always. just width is there but the length when I measure barely 1m63 and yet it is too short bcp, it is not at all consistent because on the advertising photo we see long pants very long and wide which is not not at all the case despite having taken 1 size above that's why I'm asking to be reimbursed because I would never wear pants that run on fire. Really hyperl disappointed if I am not reimbursed and given how your boss spoke to me I would delete the Joom application ... I am not 1 liar as she implied in relation to my address., if it falls other parcels were sent to 17 rue Marcel Bilcke instead of 14 rue M.Bilcke appt.17

Product does not conform to the order... the color is not the same and the photos show a slim product. A regular product was sent.. the photos show a cotton product but the product received was polyester, it is not too serious since it was in the description..so to summarize the incorrect size the incorrect cut the incorrect color is the material. The last one is a fault on my part, I referred to the photos thinking that they would correctly represent the product...so to finish I advise you to put photos which show the real product thank you I expect from you a good d purchase for your site for my loyalty because I am a customer who plans to make another purchase. If I don't hear from you I will change online shopping sites

Everything has been good quality, color, but it is too small for me. So I hope I have no problem returning it. In the end I kept it because I would have to pay for shipping to China from Spain, so what they would return to me would be what the postage costs. I don't get the accounts 😞

Very nice jeggins for the warmer seasons and for the transitional period! Unfortunately they are cut a bit large so I will have to make them smaller at the waist! Should have taken a size smaller. Thanks Joom and the retailer for the quick delivery!

The strap itself looks quite nice. Unfortunately, the leather smells extremely strongly of some chemical substance that I cannot define more closely. Let's see if the disgusting smell dissipates, or if it stays like that.

Unfortunately, it is an artificial material, with insulation on the inside, so it is not a thin sweatshirt. After washing - everything OK. She didn't argue, she didn't lose her colors. The daughter is happy . 4 stars because I expected better quality material.

I'm really disappointed with this dress, it's not the same as in the photo, it's not flexible and in terms of quality, it's type and the size is too small for an XL, it's a s, I'm going to send the package back, too bad

After waiting forever for it, M is way too big. My mother was supposed to get this for Christmas otherwise she wears L . And for the money the quality is really bad I'm totally disappointed
