Smaller than I imagined and uncomfortable when putting air in the tires. I just wanted a refund to buy a longer one.. Terrible customer service, they leave you an automatic message saying that they will resolve it shortly and lies, they give you the runaround until your 14 days of return are up to tell you that the time to return has passed, but before confirming they tell you that the shipping costs are your responsibility. So awful!! I will never buy from Joom again. Nor do I recommend buying here... Better SHEIN!! They are more decisive and they make things clear from the article, you already know if you buy with shipping, if it can be returned or not.

Well it did arrive in 13 days but it sure wasn't the same Watch that was in the pictures. It showed a "Rolex" & some OFF THE WALL Brand I never heard of?¿?¿? Songdu.... and the watch was two tone but the watch band is just silver colored. The weirdest thing I ever saw! Like just some watch parts were put together and sent to the U.S. Very Disappointed in a Bigg Way. I realy would think I should get a refund & Ship it back to China. But you know the policy the Buyer has to pay return shipping. It will cost me more to send it back then what it is even worth. I was hoping to get what the pictures showed. :(

Impossible, the watch was extra by the way. The version where the watch belongs is totally smeared with hard glue inserting is not possible. The watch is to get the crown to set the hands out to get a setting on the exact time impossible The watch is completely smeared with super hard glue Cannot be used as a wedding anniversary gift just something for the bin, never thanks again

Am 22. November 2018 bestellt und am 27. DEZEMBER 2018 erhalten. Das ist einfach zu lange. Ich dachte schon die Uhr kommt gar nicht mehr, und dann ist noch nicht einmal eine Bedienungsanleitung dabei. Nur gut, daß ich schon mal sich eine Uhr hatte so wußte ich noch wie es in etwa ging. Ansonsten ist alles so wie es beschrieben wurde. Ich wünsche allen einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr.
