The color looks like the seller's pictures and in my opinion it's more of a full matte finish than just semi-matte. Unfortunately, it feels a bit dry on the lips and sticks a bit. It is easy to apply with the applicator. The packaging looks neat and high quality. The pen fits in every pocket. The seller offered a few other colors so I'm still considering ordering another one.
