I use this product instead of the calcium tablets I have been using for decades, and then those with vitamin D, because then it gets into your bones so well.. For convenience, they forget to mention that it cannot enter your bones at all because the K2 marker is missing. So you swallow them for nothing because they go directly into your intestine, a part of which ends up in your VEINS! So I am happy with the goat milk powder because that does enter your bones. And to get my veins clean again, I now use aged garlic pearls with even more additives. It's simply criminal that they don't tell you that because of the lost revenue. So people if you need calcium absolutely do not use tablets that clog your arteries and not with cholesterol, but with calcium.
