If you buy several items and then only combine them into one shipment after a few days, then the sellers who shipped first have the disadvantage. Then it goes abroad (Holland, Belgium, etc.) where nothing happens for several days. Allen keys and spare screws are also included. I first have to test the function at work to see whether the inner diameter fits. L'appareil ne chauffe pas , la cire es de mauvaise qualité, elle comme à la peau, mais ne se retire que sous l'eau chaude et du coup, n'epile rien du tout. C'est dommage j'avais pris pour tester, mais je vais rester sur mon appareil pro, même si c'est plus cher, au moins le résultat y es. J'espère que ce n'est que avec moi que ce produit ne fonctionne pas, ou alors c'est ma peau qui n'es pas compatible...... dommage.

Livré en 16 jours, bien emballé. Le flacon est propre, la pipette est très pratique pour ce genre de produit, on voit pas vraiment les petites particules dorées mais c'est pas grave. Le produit sent très bon (l'orange) et a une bonne texture, à voir avec le temps.
