General feedback on orders via Joom: 1. Items are usually too small (T-shirts, pants, etc. - but also other items) 2. Quality is rather poor. (Temptingly low prices turn out to be a bad buy and are therefore expensive in the end.) 3. If - for clothing - the material description says "cotton", then that means: the article contains (!) cotton (eg 50%). The rest is polyester, elastane etc.... (For some products the material is a complete deception, but is not stated on the product (I can definitely distinguish cashmere from synthetic fabrics.). 4. An order of 20 items, for example, will be delivered in half separate (individual) deliveries. Even if it is (for example) the same T-shirt in two different colors. 5. Returns are often time-consuming and difficult. The costs for postage must be borne by the customer and often exceed the value of the purchased product. 6. Delivery times are extremely long. (Several weeks) I will not buy from Joom again!

They are very cute and my son received them with great joy but he couldn't use them because they were terribly small! Not even without the leash! The size is totally wrong, the 21 that I bought does NOT correspond to the 14 cm of the foot that appears in the description, but to a foot of 11.5 cm. The description of the sizes is completely wrong, since it is not about the difference in sizes between Europe and China, but that the person who wrote the description does not know how to use a centimeter that is universal. Time and money wasted. It's hot here and we were looking forward to them, what a terrible disappointment!

After wearing this bra for three days the wires under the cups pushed through, it was uncomfortable, this item was placed in a charity bag. I will stick to purchasing bras and other lingerie items from the UK that way I know for definite the items will fit, buying something that appears to be a bargain doesn't always work out and we end up spending more. Ladies please please always order at least two times bigger ( take the under bust measurement and add 4cms ) you will suffer discomfort if you don't.
