The product is good but doesn't dazzle. It's a shame it doesn't have GPS or a digital sensor.. Joom's customer service is terrible. Below zero stars. As many have already described, the purchase invoice for the product was missing, which is mandatory to provide to the customer and is essential for the warranty. When I requested it, they went around and around trying to string the customer along with nonsensical talk and excuses, passing me from department to department where the same scheme and answers were repeated, providing links that contained nothing, sometimes invoking the platform's policy (illegal and easy to change, as long as there's willingness) giving wrong instructions, and finally writing that they were very busy and would contact me in 3 or 4 days. They never provided the invoice.

Goods picked up at the parcel shop - no transport damage visible - however, upon unpacking, a damaged packaging came to light, where the seal was broken and inside the packaging a damaged tablet (damage to a corner). Already complained to JOOM the day after receipt - so far without a decision - still no return label. I'll wait until the end of this week - then I'll make trouble.

I liked the tablet. After a few changes in the settings, it went crazy. My installed apps had disappeared. With difficulty, I could reach them individually. The assignment of the row for important apps was constantly changing. I completely reinstalled the tablet. Strangely, that didn't help at all.. I would like to return the tablet.

Initially I was worried that it would arrive late, since it was my first order from Joom. It arrived very fast, exactly in one week since I placed the order (delivery from Italy to Greece). The item was brand new, packaged and contained all the official documents. I highly recommend the seller and would definitely order more items from them.

It was totally worth it. A super competitive price and it's the European version, with the Portuguese language option. It arrived in an instant and works very well. My daughter loved it. I recommend it!
