Product: Mobile phone case including chain for the Samsung Note 10 Lite Colour: black/glitter Since I had been looking for a great new cell phone case for my cell phone for a long time, I had to take it with me. :) What I find particularly great is that it has a chain so that you can put your cell phone around your neck and have your hands free for other things. The case is of great quality and fits perfectly. She is also a real eye-catcher :) Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because the case is black/silver, but the chain is black/gold, so it doesn't match 100% visually. But all in all a great product :) Shipping was 2 weeks. I think that's really okay :) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Przesyłka dotarła bardzo szybko i dobrze zabezpieczona. Towar zgodny z opisem, jakość w porównaniu do ceny to bardziej niż zadowalająca. Sprzedawca i towar godny polecenia.👍

Lieferzeit knapp 2 Wochen.

First of all, the color does not match the one in the photo, at the junction of the cover it leaves about 1mm of space, the protective film is terrible, smaller and slightly deformed, in fact in one corner of the phone it does not adhere well, moreover it leaves space between the film and the cover where dust and other things will accumulate. For the first time I was disappointed. JOOM customer service is truly very efficient, they immediately processed the refund. Excellent support and professionalism.

This is the second time I've ordered this case because the first one was wrong and now I've received the wrong one again. If I choose the Iphone 11 Pro Max then I want it in size too! The two sleeves were much smaller, what should I do with them now? I'm really angry and would like to give 0 stars!! I can not recommend!
