*Not compatible with induction cooktops.
Fluoropolymer-coated frying pans are used in a variety of cooking methods. Aluminum frying pans (with a fluoropolymer coating) are ideal for cooking that requires quick heating. Aluminum fluoropolymer-coated frying pans are also lightweight and easy to handle.
[Size] Inner diameter Ф300 (outer diameter 320mm) excluding handle
[Thickness] 4.0mm
[Height] 55mm
[Weight] 1350g
[Handle length] 240mm
[Material] Body: Aluminum alloy, fluoropolymer coating / Handle: Steel, plated
●Remarks *The handle is made of plated iron for high durability. *The surface finish of the handle may vary depending on the manufacturing period. Please be aware of this when purchasing different sizes of frying pans in the same series. *Aluminum is a very soft material that scratches easily, so there may be minor scratches from the manufacturing process. This does not affect the quality, so please use with confidence. *Aluminum frying pans, with their high heat conductivity, are ideal for cooking that requires quick heating. *Not compatible with induction cooktops.●Caution: *The handle will become hot. Please use a dish towel or purchase a silicone handle (sold separately). Remove the silicone handle when using in an oven. *You may hear a "crackling" or "clicking" sound during heating. This is a natural creaking sound due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the aluminum material. This is not a defect, so please use with confidence.
●How to Use: (1) Add oil to a cold frying pan and preheat over low to medium heat for about 2 minutes. (2) After the oil has coated the entire frying pan, add the ingredients and cook over low to medium heat. Low to medium heat is sufficient during cooking. ●Points: Frying pans with a non-stick coating have a surface that is resistant to sticking, but incorrect use or maintenance can cause sticking. Preheat over low heat and cook over medium heat. If the temperature exceeds 200℃, the food will burn and oil and food will stick, so please be careful with temperature control. Dry heating can damage the non-stick coating.Do not use metal spatulas, knives, or other metal utensils, as they will scratch the fluororesin coating. The fluororesin coating deteriorates with repeated use, which may cause food to stick.
●Care Instructions: ・After use, wash thoroughly with a neutral detergent, wipe dry, and allow to air dry. ・Do not scrub with metal scouring pads, as this will scratch the surface and cause corrosion. ・Do not use chlorine bleach or alkaline detergents. ・Leaving salt or oily residue on the pan or storing it in a humid place will cause corrosion. ・To remove burnt-on food, soak in hot water to soften it, then remove it using a wooden spatula or bamboo brush. ・Do not use a dishwasher. ・Sudden temperature changes, such as pouring water on a hot pan, can cause deterioration or peeling of the fluororesin coating.

●Points
Although fluororesin-coated frying pans have a surface that is resistant to sticking, improper use or maintenance can cause food to stick.
Preheat over low heat and cook over medium heat.
If the temperature exceeds 200℃, food will burn and oil and food will stick, so please be careful with temperature control.
Dry heating will damage the fluororesin coating.
Do not use metal spatulas, turners, or knives as they will scratch the fluororesin coating.
The fluororesin coating deteriorates with repeated use, which may cause food to stick.
●Care Instructions
・After use, wash thoroughly with a neutral detergent, wipe off moisture well, and dry.
